1. General Information

This document constitutes a public offer and agreement between the service provider (Oleg Novikov, videographer and photographer) and any person using the services offered through the website olegnovikov.ie.

2. Services Offered

We provide real estate and commercial photography services in Dubai, including:

• Property photography and videography

• Interior and exterior shots

• Photo editing and delivery

• Consulting on visual marketing content

3. Booking and Execution

Bookings are made via direct contact or forms on the website. Specific details such as date, location, and scope of work must be agreed prior to service delivery.

4. Payment Terms

Payments are due upon service delivery or as agreed in writing. At the moment, online payment is not integrated. Invoices and manual receipts are issued upon request.

5. Intellectual Property

All photographs and videos remain the intellectual property of the photographer unless otherwise agreed. Clients receive usage rights for commercial or marketing purposes, unless stated otherwise.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Clients must notify at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations. In case of force majeure or technical failure, we may reschedule or refund accordingly.

7. Liability

We are not liable for damages resulting from the misuse of content, delays caused by client-side issues, or website unavailability.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved under UAE jurisdiction.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on the website.
